2.1 We provide waste removal and associated services for domestic, commercial, and construction clients within our operating areas. The specific Services provided will be as described in your booking confirmation.

2.2 Our Services typically include collection, loading, transportation, and lawful disposal or recycling of agreed Waste from the collection address you provide.

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse collection of any items that are not as described at the time of booking, are unsafe to handle, or are classified as hazardous or prohibited under applicable waste and environmental regulations.

2.4 We do not provide cleaning, dismantling of built-in fixtures, plumbing, electrical disconnection, or building works unless expressly agreed in writing as part of a separate service.

3. Booking Process

3.1 You may request a booking by phone, email, or online enquiry form, providing accurate details of the Waste to be removed, the location, access conditions, and any time constraints.

3.2 When you contact us, we may provide an initial estimate based on the information you give. This is not a final price and may be adjusted upon inspection of the Waste on arrival.

3.3 A booking is not confirmed until we have accepted your request and, where applicable, you have accepted our quotation and provided any required deposit or card details as security.

3.4 You must ensure that a responsible adult is present at the property at the agreed date and time to grant access, confirm the Waste to be collected, and authorise any additional charges where applicable.

3.5 For commercial customers, we may require written confirmation of the order, purchase order numbers, or billing references before confirming the booking.

4. Access and Preparation of Waste

4.1 You are responsible for ensuring that our team has safe, reasonable, and unobstructed access to the Waste at the agreed time. This includes arranging any building access, parking permissions, or entry codes required.

4.2 Where parking restrictions apply, you must inform us in advance and, where possible, secure appropriate permits or visitor parking. Any parking charges or penalty notices arising directly from the performance of our Services may be added to your invoice.

4.3 Waste should be clearly identified and separated from items you wish to keep. We are not responsible for removing items that were not clearly presented as Waste or for leaving behind items that were not clearly designated for collection.

4.4 If access is unsafe or significantly more difficult than described at booking, we reserve the right to refuse service, reschedule, or apply additional charges to reflect the extra time, labour, or equipment required.

5. Pricing, Estimates and Quotations

5.1 Prices are generally based on the volume, weight, and type of Waste, the time taken to load, ease of access, and disposal or recycling costs.

5.2 Any estimate given before our arrival is based on the information you provide and is not binding. The final price will be confirmed on site once we have inspected the Waste.

5.3 If, on arrival, the volume or nature of the Waste differs from what was described, we may revise the price. If you do not accept the revised price, we may cancel the Service, and a call-out or cancellation charge may apply.

5.4 All prices quoted are exclusive of any parking fees, congestion charges, or other third-party charges unless otherwise stated. Such costs will be added to your final invoice where applicable.

6. Payments

6.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full on completion of the Service, and before our team leaves the site.

6.2 We may accept payment by cash, debit or credit card, or bank transfer. The accepted methods will be notified to you at the time of booking or on arrival.

6.3 For commercial customers with approved credit accounts, payment terms will be as agreed separately, typically within a specified number of days from the invoice date. Late payments may attract interest and administrative charges as permitted under UK law.

6.4 If you fail to pay any amount due, we reserve the right to commence collection proceedings, to charge interest at the statutory rate, and to recover any reasonable legal or collection costs incurred.

6.5 Title to any Waste collected transfers to us only once full payment for the Service has been received, subject to compliance with waste regulations.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

7.1 You may cancel or reschedule a booking by giving us reasonable notice by phone or email.

7.2 If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time, no cancellation fee will normally be charged, unless a non-refundable deposit was clearly agreed in advance.

7.3 If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time, or if our team arrives and is unable to carry out the Service due to your act or omission (including no access or no responsible person present), we may charge a cancellation or call-out fee to cover our time and costs.

7.4 If we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, staff illness, vehicle breakdown, severe weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date. We will not be liable for any indirect loss resulting from such changes.

8. Customer Obligations

8.1 You must provide accurate and complete information about the Waste, including any items which may be heavy, awkward, or require special handling.

8.2 You must not conceal hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items within general Waste. If such items are discovered, we may refuse to remove them and may report them to the relevant authorities where required by law.

8.3 You agree to behave respectfully towards our staff and contractors. We reserve the right to withdraw our team from any site where they feel threatened, unsafe, or subject to abusive behaviour, and to charge for any time spent on site.

9. Prohibited and Hazardous Waste

9.1 We do not normally collect hazardous waste, including but not limited to asbestos, clinical waste, medical sharps, chemicals, oils, solvents, gas cylinders, certain electrical items containing hazardous components, and items classified as dangerous under UK law.

9.2 If you require removal of items that may be hazardous, you must declare this in advance. We may be able to advise on specialist services or provide a separate quotation where lawful and appropriate arrangements can be made.

9.3 If any prohibited or hazardous items are presented without prior disclosure, we may refuse to collect them and may still charge for our attendance and any time spent.

10. Liability and Limitations

10.1 We will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the Services. However, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable or that arises from your failure to comply with these Terms.

10.2 We are not responsible for accidental removal of items that are not clearly separated or identified as Waste. You must check and confirm the items to be taken before loading begins.

10.3 While we take reasonable care when removing Waste from your property, minor scuffs, marks, or wear and tear may be unavoidable, especially in tight access areas or where heavy items are involved. We will not be liable for such minor damage.

10.4 We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.

10.5 Other than as stated above, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.

11. Compliance with Waste Regulations

11.1 We operate in accordance with applicable UK waste and environmental laws and regulations. Waste collected is transported and disposed of only at authorised facilities or through registered partners.

11.2 We may issue a waste transfer note or similar documentation for commercial or construction Waste where required. You must retain such documents for your records as required by law.

11.3 Once Waste has been collected and accepted by us, we will determine the most appropriate lawful method of disposal, reuse, or recycling. We cannot guarantee that any particular item will be recycled, although we aim to divert as much Waste as reasonably possible from landfill.

11.4 You agree not to request or encourage any disposal method that is unlawful or non-compliant with environmental regulations.

12. Data Protection and Privacy

12.1 We will collect and use personal data such as your name, contact details, and address for the purposes of managing your booking, delivering Services, and processing payments.

12.2 We will handle your personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws. We will not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share it with service providers or authorities only where necessary to deliver the Services, process payments, or comply with legal obligations.

13. Complaints

13.1 If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our Services, you should contact us as soon as possible with details of your concern.

13.2 We will investigate your complaint and seek to resolve it promptly and fairly. Where appropriate, we may offer a remedy such as a partial refund or a return visit to complete agreed work.

15.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, including any non-contractual disputes or claims.

16. General Provisions

16.1 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16.2 No failure or delay by us in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy.

16.3 You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under the Contract without our prior written consent. We may assign or subcontract our rights and obligations where reasonably necessary to deliver the Services.

16.4 These Terms and Conditions, together with any written quotation or booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Services and supersede any prior discussions or representations.
